I'm Thomas Darby - developer, contractor & community leader.
I'm a web and app developer, licensed Pennsylvania home improvement contractor, and community leader based in Lock Haven, Pennsylvania.
My software work centers on custom business management systems, alongside websites, applications, data platforms, and developer tools. The public ones: GrantCue, a grant-discovery and management platform I founded; Volunteer Clinton County, which I co-founded and developed; the Rotary Club of Downtown Lock Haven site, built pro bono; WellStockd, a kitchen app; and the KCSD Community Cares site, in progress. The rest are in the software portfolio.
Through my contracting business, I provide home improvement, HVAC, repair, remodeling, and restoration services. My community work includes elected board leadership, committee service, volunteer leadership, and hands-on local projects throughout Clinton County.
