I'm Thomas Darby - developer, contractor & community leader.

I'm a web and app developer, licensed Pennsylvania home improvement contractor, and community leader based in Lock Haven, Pennsylvania. I hold PA HIC license #PA2199962 and EPA Section 608 Universal certification #iH2GcHFZhv.

My software work includes websites, applications, data platforms, and developer tools. I founded GrantCue, a grant-discovery and management platform for anyone seeking grant funding, and co-founded and developed Volunteer Clinton County. I also develop websites pro bono for local community organizations.

Through my contracting business, I provide home improvement, HVAC, repair, remodeling, and restoration services. My community work includes elected board leadership, committee service, volunteer leadership, and hands-on local projects throughout Clinton County. I also hand-pour roughly 100 tin candles a year.
